About
Toni B
Specialist in autism, ADHD and emotional wellbeing.
Trainer, speaker, coach and advocate.
Toni B has spent thirty years in education: as a teacher, a senior leader, a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and a mentor and coach to neurodivergent children, young people and adults. She has designed and led successful large-scale, cutting-edge multi-agency projects bringing together education, health, social care, youth offending services, drug and alcohol teams, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services, family group conferences, parenting support, support groups, leadership and staff team training, coaching and mentoring to improve outcomes for families and organisations. That experience, at the front line and at the top table, is the foundation of everything she does.
Today she works with employers, governments, education providers and health organisations to turn understanding of autism and ADHD into lasting change. Her training and talks are known for being warm, clear and practical, and for making complex ideas easy to grasp, including her own bowl and colander model of overload.
Toni serves as a Parliamentary Spokesperson for SEND education, human rights and the Middle East, advises parliamentarians, and is a member of the House of Lords task group on Human Rights and the Middle East, specialising in war crimes in Syria. She has developed proposals for autism support pathway reform internationally.
She is an instructor and trainer in Mental Health and Youth Mental Health, a writer working on her memoir, Syria, My Love, and the voice behind Fierce Love, Fearless Truth, a fast-growing online community for autistic and ADHD people.
Toni is AuDHD herself and a mum to neurodivergent children. She brings together professional expertise and lived experience, understanding neurodivergence from the inside as well as from the front line.

The bowl and colander
Most people know the stress bucket. I use the bowl and colander because it makes overload far easier to see, talk about, and plan around. It's the moment the penny drops.

Policy & Human Rights
Standing up for dignity, at home and around the world
My advocacy grows from the same set of core values: that every person deserves truth, justice and dignity, and some people need others to speak up before they're heard.
Parliamentary work
- Parliamentary Spokesperson for SEND education, human rights and the Middle East
- Advisor to Parliamentarians
- Member of the House of Lords task group on Human Rights and the Middle East
A system that works for neurodivergent children
Thirty years inside schools shows exactly where SEND support breaks down for families. I bring that front-line view to policy, so reform reflects what neurodivergent children and their families actually live through.
Human rights
Accountability matters
My human rights work focuses on accountability for war crimes, specialising in Syria. I work with UK authorities to support the pursuit of justice, and I continue to advocate for victims, survivors and their communities at the highest levels.
International
Autism support pathway reform
Proposals for autism support pathway reform internationally, bringing gold-standard neuro-affirming practice and joined-up thinking to how children and families are identified, assessed and supported.
